Went for a well-deserved outing to town plus dinner with these great ppl yesterdy. it was great fun as usual! hahaha...my stomach felt like bursting for excessive laughter even before i left school..hahahah....it was so much fun cos i manged to actually go shopping..ok window shopping to be exact. was hoping to get this top i have been eyeing and saving for only to find out that the only sizes left are twice as big as i am..so boo..no top for lin. went around topshop a bit to look at the other tops. oh well i shall elaborate more later.
We went for dinner at ayam penyet at lucky plaza. was first time going. i tried a little bit of laila's "smashed" chiken..(ahhaha)..but i came to the conclusion that the one at geylang, in kampung melayu is nicer. no one can beat that one. altho it's so like spicy..i end up with watery eyes and runny nose everytime i try it. oh well but it's delish!

Happy Soda, (techinically it's just cheery soda and condense milk.) but hey laila needs a dose of anything happy..haha...i had a boring iced lemon tea..and Winni had the Chendol she has been craving for. good for her!
Altho we went to Ayam Penyet..i ate bakso..it was ok i guess..the soup is very similar to my mom's but the meat balls are the ones tt are really nice..not too hard..not too soft..easy to bite.and had a very meaty falvour..(bocs

So after that we went to the heeren to look at watches for Winni. and then to HMV to look at CDs. been a long time since i stepped into heeren wat more HMV cos i dun really listen to music much...so after much laughter, much fun, good food and not much shopping.we headed home..happy and contented..and we have a

I must must tell you something...i think im in loooove with topshop..havent been poping down to zara often and mago is making me sick..but topshop is so so cool..i love top shop..i love the cute underwear and the accesories. haha! and i really love love th colthes..so below im sharing some lovely tops!

Laila asked that i get this..it really is gorgeous.. but i dunno whether i could pull it off...but i think laila could pull it off better than i do..and it's like $73 ..so i decided against it cos i was poor :(
actually the one i wanted to get was something like this..but when i got there there was no size 6 or 8 ..boo...the one i was gonna get is a bit different..there's like details at the chest area and some buttons..and tere's a ribbon behind..ahh..soo cute...but no size :(
i thot this one was very parisian chic..but it's a lot like what i've bought lately..so i dunno..anw i didnt see this in the shop. i saw in the website.
notice how i stuck to boring black and white. well tt's because im so sick of prints. doenst mean tat i wont get any anymore..but it's like everybody is wearing the vintage dress nowdaes..oh well...
anw i went to forever 21 also..i must say the quality is not as good..was supposed to get this ploka dot top..but the material is abit like what i already have..but there's another one which is pretty cheap. it's like a printed t-shirt..long sleeved of course..very nice. and different..it'sd be great for layering..maybe i'll go back to get it..and oh ya there was tis gorgeous necklace that winni pointed out at topshop. maybe i'll get that one la.
ok la..enough about clothes..wanted to blog about the cakap petah bengke which went pretty smoothly alhamdulillah :) but i'll talk about it wen i upload my pics la..the kids are so so cute and bijak la....hahahha...well okay then...
