And so I was just mentioning about how much I miss going for breakfasts on Sunday morning with my family. And I wasn’t expecting to spend this Sunday morning with them, maybe because I was so caught up with stuff and with all that’s happening ..so anyway .. I woke up on Sunday morning with a pleasant surprise when I realized that I wasn’t in a rush to give anyone tuition and I could just take my own sweet time to bathe, get ready and proceed for breakfast at Simpang Bedok which was really nice for a change ..really nice..i actually felt this like warm fuzzy feeling in my stomach. Amazing eh what an innocent family breakfast can do to you.

After breakfast I decided that for once and for all, I want to put an end to my partial blindness at home and go get my specs done…I was naturally excited cos you noe any form of shopping puts me on a high. i mean I dun even mind going down to the bookshop to shop for stationary if I really suffer from shopping withdrawal symptoms. But that’s besides the point, I was for some reason extra choosy. Perhaps it’s because I noe tat I do not have the luxury of changing my spectacles annually like how I use to…so I shut my ears and pretended not to listen when ina and shirah started making noise.. thankfully my mom was joining in the fun of shopping..after god noes how long and two salesmen…i finally settled for a rimless orange pair…I chose it bcos I thot it was cool and funky..but right now thinking back on my choice..i do admit that I am a little bit nervous…but hey thank goodness for contacts..oh and the salesman even offered to like enlarge the lenses of the specs for me to accommodate my eyes..to which I politely declined and my mom almost rolled on the floor laughing ……very funny ma…..

So after that we went home ..and we decided that we should send off our beloved car with style and give it a good wash and scrubbing…so all of us changed and together washed our beloved car for the last time before papa send him off at the end of this week….we are so sad that we are losing a much needed and valued member o our family..who has been so good and patient to us..despite the weird noises that the car has been making and the sudden stops in the middle of nowhere..we still love our car…….so I therefore dedicate this entry to our car for its service for the past I think 5 years..you will be greatly missed :(
